Ashley Nickens

Coach Nickens started her basketball career in the 2010. Throughout her high school career she was awarded multiple state rankings, tournament MVP’s, finishing her career with a MSHAA Class A district championship. Coach Nickens is currently a record holder at Henry Ford II High School for the most blocks in a season and Most Rebounds in a season. Nickens was a Division 1 Collegiate Women’s Basketball Player from 2013-2017. She started her career at The University of Cincinnati and ended it at Eastern Michigan where she graduated with Bachelors Degree in Communication and Leadership. She is now a podcast host, an educator, and working as a mental health advocate within the community
